Refunds & Returns

State your order and your reason(s) for return.

A member of the team will be with you to approve the return and give further instructions within 24 hours.

Anything within 14 days from the date of purchase, in unused and resellable condition, in the original packaging.
Any sale, clearance items or custom orders.
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you after the return is made.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days.

Warranty

We offer a 6 month warranty on all products – Please contact us on Facebook or email sales@kezr-automotive.co.uk to make a claim.

All warranty claims are approved at our discretion and only at the fault of the quality of the product. Some products will have different warranty, depending on the brand – please check the product description for details.
