Please contact us via sales@kezr-automotive.co.uk and include clear photos and a detailed description of what the issue is. We will then initiate the claim on your behalf then inform you of the action that will be taken.

The warranty period is noted on the product page.

We aim to have your order processed within 24 hours (Subject to availability).

Most of the products we sell will have a fast delivery time of 1-2 days, however if there is going to be a lead time or delay then we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you.
